Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create & deliver workplace hospitality experiences for common spaces at Citi HQ.

  • Conduct strategic & annual planning for experiences which foster a sense of community and pride for Citi employees, clients & Tribeca neighborhood, including internal & external cultural & social events, tradeshows, &industry related meetings.

  • Manage the full cycle of complex, high level events & experiences.

  • Coordinate & promote activities / events in common spaces to the appropriate audiences. Manage accompanying digital signage.

  • Maintain accurate budgets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience coordinating corporate meetings/events and/or managing a conference center or hotels sales team.

  • Strong event marketing/sales and hospitality background is required.

  • Strong relationship management skills with proven success in being customer-focused.

  • Bachelor's degree related to hospitality services or meeting/event planning preferred.

  • Additional vocational qualifications, diplomas, awards or industry equivalent certifications are welcome.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.
