Job Summary

The Project Support Manager will be the subject matter expert for our CMMS - Maintenance Connection. The individual in this position provides technical support in their given expertise to units, management and clients. Project Managers will be relied on to install SSC Standard Operating Procedures and Systems, provide technical support to include implementations and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SSC’s corporate CMMS software solution, Maintenance Connection.

  • Plans and implements management programs, including defining activities, milestones, and staff requirements, per SSC program and system procedures.

  • Provides site assessment analysis – determining deficiency, identifying corrective measures assembling into a functional plan and then managing plan as directed including delivery/ oversite of plan.

  • Implements Management operating programs, policies, procedures, software applications, and regulatory compliance systems in support of local unit operations and new business start-up operations. Performs the following duties personally or in coordination with other project managers.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferred in Management Facilities Management/ Engineering and or combined experience from technical schools in their area of expertise

  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in a similar position

  • Ability to travel 75% of the time in various areas of the country
