Position responsible for overseeing and directing the Office Coffee Services NY m region in attaining divisional financial and operational goals; setting standards for operations; developing, articulating and communicating regional goals, expectations and objectives; and supporting all levels and providing appropriate tools to ensure success.

A. Strategic Planning and Revenue/Growth Attainment
a) Considers new products and services; assesses internal capabilities and analyzes market data; develops budget forecasts and operations plans; targets new clients with Sales managers; and sets strategic goals.
b) Analyzes operations; insures adherence to budget; adjusts predictions to revenue fluctuations; reviews and critiques proformas; assists Sales in identifying potential clients; and reviews labor percentages and productivity.
c) To set and accomplish NY metro regional goals by growing the region profitably to hit budget and forecast.
B. Staff Management
a) Coaches and supports Operating teams; administers corrective action and human resource policy; provides performance feedback; and approves capital expenses.
b) Provides training opportunities; reviews capital expenditure proposals; communicates organizational goals; visits facilities and critiques operations; facilitates idea generation; and determines reward structure.
c) To provide staff the necessary guidance and tools to achieve success.
C. Client Relations
a) Strengthen potential clients with Sales managers and existing client relationships.
b) Interacts with clients; entertains; gathers client feedback on current and future services and offerings; and networks to increase client base.

Position requires minimum of Bachelor's degree with at least ten to fifteen years of related industry experience. Must possess thorough knowledge of corporate policy and company products and services. Management, budgetary and financial training are essential. Critical skill areas include: leadership, verbal and written communication, strategic thinking, budgetary and financial analysis, data-gathering, analytical and conceptual thinking, and organization. A new incumbent in this position would likely require one year to become moderately proficient in this position.
