Job Summary

  • Create and maintain audience specific PowerPoint slides and presentations

  • Update presentation with current monthly and year to data analysis

  • Use PowerPoint to translate complicate financial data into easy to understand charts and graphics

  • Prepare and distribute Payroll Labor reports using MS Access checklists.

  • Interpret various levels of financial data to report on progress of Payroll Labor projects

  • Create ad hoc and scheduled queries / reports for the Payroll Labor function

  • Support development of new/improved functional reporting.

  • Maintain and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Payroll Labor function

  • Use mass volumes of data to create ad hoc analyses to determine areas of opportunity for the Payroll Labor function

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, project management, data quality audits

  • Experienced at gathering application requirements and documenting and executing test plans

  • Must be creative and the ability to use diagrams and charts to present complex information

  • Must be able to understand and interpret financial data

  • Must possess the ability to analyze data for accuracy and integrity

  • Must be able to perform root cause, preventative solution analysis

  • Must demonstrate effective organizational and planning skills

  • Must demonstrate initiative and self-motivation in accomplishing assigned projects and duties with in a set time frame

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree required
