The HRIS Team at Compass Group is expanding their responsibilities to include content management and they are looking for a talented individual to join the team. This individual must be ready to explore this new opportunity with an open mind and the ability to meet challenges head on. They are looking for an individual to come in and hit the ground running. This support will expand quickly to various business partners. Being able to understand current processes in place, but then adapting new ones as more and more departments start to use the system. This person needs to be flexible, calm under pressure, and enjoy problem solving. Other responsibilities include:
Efficiently support Form Creation
Effective management of workflow process
Support of workflows, Form Creation, Data Extraction and Process approvals for our super users
Support of our Reporting requirements for our Super Users
Initial Loading of user population for new business integrations
Training to our super user population
Establish and Maintain Security protocols for new and current users
Plan, analyze and validate business needs both functional and technical.
Establishing consensus from all parties involved in new business integrations
Competent in providing technical guidance, problem solving skills, and solution alternatives to other team members
Effective at organizing and planning, able to prioritize work in a fast paced environment
Able to meet agreed deadlines
Skilled in system data accuracy/integrity analysis and functionality testing
Driven to provide superior customer service; excellent interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, collaborative approach to internal customer and peer relationships
Effective in identifying customers’ data needs and making consultative recommendations to customer for content and details of reports
Translate customer requirements into technical design documents
_Are you ready?_
Bachelor’s Degree or significant equivalent experience is required
Strong understanding of HRIS and ECM systems (SAP and Content Management products preferred)
Committed and enthusiastic approach to supporting business customers in a systems environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in system conversions, implementations, integrations with ERP and 3rd party solutions, and all SDLC activities.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience with change controls and release management (in both test and production environments).
4+ years’ experience supporting and/or configuring systems or SaaS applications.
Experience in application test planning and test execution.
Knowledge of all HR business processes, including HR laws and data privacy standards.
Effective organizational and planning skills.
Proven ability to work independently to complete tasks.
Availability to perform maintenance and testing tasks during off business hours.
