Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Meets commitment to results for all areas of responsibilities. Including but not limited to:

▫ Retail and Marketing Programs

▫ Human Resources/Talent/Employee Relations/Compliance.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Oversees and manages challenges and innovations resulting in creative revenue generation and improvement, new product development and differentiation, lower operating costs, increased efficiency, and improved operating margin.

  • Plans and directs operating procedures in support of MAP/ the company key pillars in Performance Management.

  • Participates in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives

  • Prepares agendas and conducts training sessions and presentations on issues regarding quality, safety, and purchasing.

  • Develops and maintains annual budget; Monitors financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance with Regional and Corporate goals.

  • Develops and implements operational plans ensuring maintenance of Company High standards & systems to ensure that all contractual obligations are met

  • Develops and effectively communicates strategies for improving Purchasing, Compliance, Food and Safety Programs.

  • Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and Organization and department sanitation policies

  • Complies with regulatory agencies, including federal, state

  • Includes adhering to HACCP guidelines to ensure efficient, safe and sanitary food production, preparation and presentation.

  • Analyze ongoing performance and trends the foodservice operational units and devise and lead improvements working directly with corporate culinary and business excellence teams

  • Creates good working relationships; Visits units and completes feedback and recommendations

Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned and needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5-12 years Hotel; B&I; Contract food service business experience

  • Bachelors Degree; MBA

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow; work independently and as a member of various teams and committees; Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence

  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player

  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • A proven track record as an innovative and profit centered manager

  • Strong financial acumen and proven P&L experience

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the business

  • A demonstrated ability to assess and grow: people, operations, equipment, and revenue

  • Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy

  • Ability to efficiently and accurately analyze current performance trends and identify leading indicators for future trends

  • Ability to remain engaged with the external culinary and foodservice community to bring forth current trends for adoption in our business

  • Proven industry contacts and relationships that can be leveraged in attracting and selecting other culinary senior team member
