Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account.

  • Plan and create nutritious menus.

  • Purchase goods and manage inventory.

  • Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Canteen marketing and culinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred.

  • Three to five years of culinary management experience.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Desire to work with an industry leader.

  • Catering experience is essential.

  • Knowledge of current culinary trends.
