Key Responsibilities:

As the UNIT DIRECTOR/FACILITIES MANAGER, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service to on-site clients and managing the support staff. Outstanding growth potential and advancement with Eurest Services. Competitive salary, bonus plan and benefit package.

  • Director of site IFM, Project Management; technical/hard services; engineering; janitorial services; mail/shipping & receiving; lab services

  • The Facility Director will oversee all Compass operations and work directly with the client to build trust, confidence, and a long lasting relationship

  • Single point of contact for client

  • Must have prior experience in Facilities Management - IFM and Business Services Experience

  • Strong customer/client relationship skills

  • Business office services, mail/copy, shipping & receiving, janitorial

  • Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IFMA Certification Highly Recommended

  • Solid understanding of facilities management

  • Prior P&L responsibility

  • Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner

  • Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented

  • Team leadership Abilities; Staffing Recruiting, Development and Relations

  • Planning, Organization & System Know-how

  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, financial, and analytical skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
