Position Summary:

This position has direct customer service contact with our Clients in support of our vending programs, analyzing business performance and in the development and execution of new programs. This position assists in operational set-up, expedites day-to-day service problems, prepares Executive Summaries, proformas and conducts financial analyses and makes recommendations to improve profitability. The goal is to provide outstanding service to our customers that builds and sustains long-term relationships and results in high customer satisfaction and contract renewals/extensions.

  • Prepare business reviews

  • Improve profitability

  • Make recommendations to identify program enhancements and provide customer value

  • Assist in operational set-up of new business

  • Expedite day-to-day service problems

  • Build and sustains relationships with clients

  • Conduct financial analyses

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present complex business reviews to Clients

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation

  • Proven long-term relationship building experience

  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of service business/account management experience OR a high school diploma with two years post-secondary education with an equivalent of five years of service business experience with three years in account management.

Preferences:

  • Prefer experience in MS PowerPoint and JD Edwards or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.
