Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, the Vice President of Sales – Corporate Services will be responsible for the team supporting Eurest, FLIK and Restaurant Associates. We are seeking a strong, innovative leader who is able to inspire and motivate. This may be a home-based position and individual must be located in a major metropolitan area, preferably southeast, east coast or northeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong sales and sales-related function skills including commitment to Compass Sales Process

  • Drive new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitability

  • Excellent rapport and relationship builder over the long-term selling cycle

  • Identify necessary support resources to successfully close new business

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written & listening)

  • Team builder; sales and operations

  • Ability to manage a regionally-based sales team

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas

  • Selling to Cultural Centers, Business & Industry a plus. Especially to C-Suite, Senior Executives, VP’s and above

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum five years direct sales experience in new business development

  • Must have demonstrated a high level of performance either in direct selling or leading a sales team

  • Hands-on leader; sales process focused, relationship builder both internally and externally

  • Territory management expertise (CRM)

  • Think logically with a common sense approach

  • Computer literate

  • High degree of personal accountability and integrity

  • Travel approximate 60% - 75%
