Job Description:

TSS, a member of The Compass Group, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to work out of our Atlanta Support Center based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to a Division Director of Finance and will provide financial support to the corporate and operations leadership and regional teams for the overall Company to improve operational performance and drive financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Support to a Region to include but not limited to:

  • Budget Development and guidance to operations

  • Financial support and analysis to assist operations in driving profitability and achieving savings initiatives

  • Development of metrics and financial drivers that provide insight to improving financial performance

  • Forecasting and projecting

  • Support the collection and validate variance explanations for month and YTD results

  • Ad hoc financial reports as needed and requested by clients in support of Morrison Community Living operations.

Monthly Reporting:

  • Support the generation of monthly reports for Senior leadership

  • Involves pulling and consolidating data from different sources.

  • Assist with providing insight and/or analysis of results

Financial and Reporting System Support:

  • Involvement with Annual Budget Tool development, testing, and improvement

  • Involvement with and creation of reporting automation

  • Assistance in creating and maintaining financial dashboards and focus tools.

  • Maintenance and development of Sales Methodology Tools

  • Other ad hoc projects within Finance as assigned.


  • BA in Finance or Accounting or BS in Business Administration is required

  • A total of 3 to 4 years of related experience in Finance with a demonstrated record of advancement

  • Requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and Access to effectively manage a vast amount of data and to develop advanced financial models

  • Preferred experience with SAP in running queries and reports

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to set goals and objectives, and timelines to efficiently meet tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; must be comfortable presenting in front of groups and different levels of management
